::RECENT HISTORY >>

Caravan Film has recently produced two feature length films; the documentary HOUSE OF THE TIGER KING and the un-romnatic comedy FLIP A COIN. The project HOUSE OF THE TIGER KING started as the small film company moved from Sweden to England in summer 2000 and here met writer/explorer Tahir Shah. Leon and David were intrigued by Tahir's surreal travel books and had plans to adapt one of them into a screenplay.

Better still, Tahir had an other journey planned. He was going to Peru's deepest cloud forest to look for the lost city of Paitit (El Dorado). It was still early days for the expedition and there was still time for Leon and David to join. The production started in that moment. Instead of fiction, the film would be a documentary. They packed their bags and soon were on their way.
